Welcome to MODELME. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription & Credits

MODELME operates on a subscription-based model designed to provide you with premium AI generation capabilities.

• Weekly Subscription: Our service is billed on a weekly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
• Credit Allocation: Each active subscription grants the user 100 credits per week. These credits are used to generate AI try-on images.
• Credit Reset: Credits are not cumulative. They reset to 100 at the beginning of each new billing cycle (every week). Unused credits from the previous week do not roll over.

2. Usage Rights

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By using the service, you grant MODELME a temporary license to process these images solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. The generated images are yours to use for personal or non-commercial purposes, subject to local laws and regulations.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your privacy is paramount to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our services and ensure a seamless experience, we collect the following limited information:

• Account Information: We store your email address to manage your account and subscription status.
• Usage Data: We track usage metrics, such as the number of generations performed and your current credit balance, to enforce subscription limits.
• Technical Data: We may collect your IP address and device information for security purposes and to optimize app performance.

2. Image Processing & Retention

We do not store your images.

• Immediate Deletion: Both your uploaded source images (portrait and garment) and the generated output images are processed in real-time. Once the output is returned to your device, all image data is permanently deleted from our servers.
• Data Loss Warning: Because we do not retain your images, if you delete the MODELME app or clear your local data without saving your generated images to your device's gallery or the in-app wardrobe (which is stored locally on your device), those images will be lost and cannot be recovered by us.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your account information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
